General
Is the clinic open on Wednesdays or Sundays?
No, we are closed both days. We are open the rest of the week, 12 to 2pm and 7 to 9pm.
Appointments
Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
Both work. Booking ahead means a specific slot, but we also see walk-ins during clinic hours.
The clinic can get busy, what is the best time to come?
Midday slots fill up fastest. Evenings between 7 and 9 are usually a bit quieter, and we are working on cutting the wait further.
Are the consultation fees reasonable?
Patients consistently find the fees affordable, including the lab charges.
Can I book through a health app like Bajaj?
Please book directly through the clinic or call ahead, as third-party app bookings can cause confusion with scheduling.
About

Yes, we regularly treat children and elderly patients, including home-bound cases needing fluids or saline.
Does the doctor prescribe a lot of medicine?
No, Dr. Hande keeps prescriptions simple and avoids over-medicating wherever possible.
